Abigail Burns
Manager of Operations, HHA, HR Specialist, Team LeaderAbby is our team leader, and she oversees all operations including scheduling, staffing, ordering supplies, and she is the friendly voice whenever you call Searchlight Senior Services. Abby is always focused on ensuring the highest standard of care. Certified as a caregiver, with a certificate in HR, Abby is always willing to go the extra mile. Whether she is running the day-to-day operations, or filling in as a caregiver, Abby always has a smile on her face, professional, compassionate, and truly loves helping.
Kayleigh Brennan
CNA HHABy gaining direct patient care as an HHA/CNA and completing her healthcare prerequisites, Kayleigh is working towards becoming a PA. Kayleigh’s outgoing personality and friendly nature is an asset to our team. Kayleigh is an exceptional caregiver that is energetic and enthusiastic about helping others. When Kayleigh is not focused on her medical career, she enjoys hiking and relaxing on the beach with her dogs.
Brian Callahan
Administrator of Services, CNABrian is an experienced CNA with extensive experience in caregiving. Working for the past 3 years in a trauma setting, his easy-going nature and willingness to help others becomes apparent immediately and truly sets him apart as an ideal caregiver when it comes to assisting clients that are apprehensive. Having been exposed to a variety of challenging situations, Brian always provides clients with comfort and support that are the Searchlight Senior Services standard. Brian’s patience and skills are why he oversees Administration of Services for our team.
Will Duane
HHAWill is an experienced and compassionate caregiver. Will has a strong background in hospital settings, where he assisted patients with mobility and provided excellent care.
Will is particularly skilled at communicating with reserved clients. His natural ability to create a sense of ease, coupled with his great sense of humor, allows him to connect with clients effortlessly. This is why he consistently maintains long-term care assignments.
Madison Walsh
HHAMadison has a BS in Psychology from Bridgewater State University and is currently working on her master’s degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. Madison has always had a natural rapport with seniors, she has a warm, friendly personality which makes her a perfect fit for Searchlight Senior Services, and an asset to anyone with whom she provides care. Madison is easy to talk to, highly motivated, hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional care. Madison enjoys her family, partner, friends and music.
Keith Wallace
HHAKeith has a background in law enforcement, but his real passion is helping people.
Keith is hardworking, and passionate about providing excellence in the industry. Going above and beyond, Keith is always focused on providing the very best care and highest standards. Keith’s passion for providing the highest care is what makes Keith a natural fit for Searchlight Senior Services.
Joe Fox
Home Health AideJoe isn’t one for the spotlight, but his dedication speaks volumes.
As a caregiver, Joe is known for his quiet, methodical approach, ensuring every task is completed with the utmost care and precision.
Since Joe began as a Home Health Aide at Searchlight in 2023, he has always focused on doing the job right. His unwavering, detailed focus on client care, is what makes Joe an invaluable part of the Searchlight team.
Andrew Duane
HHAAndrew is working towards a BS in Neuroscience and has an experienced background working for children with special needs. Andrew’s unique skillset, combining his academic pursuits with his extensive experience, makes him an ideal caregiver for Searchlight Senior Services. Andrew is highly focused, always attentive to others’ needs, empathetic, and considerate. With his easy-going nature, he is never easily flustered. Always willing to go the extra mile, Andrew always maintains a calm environment while ensuring excellence.
