When my father was diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurysm, our family was not prepared to face what came next. Having suffered multiple strokes, my father required assistance with nearly everything; our family struggled to offer our very best support, but it was not without difficulty. Dignity and trying to care for someone’s every need, is not easy to balance.
My father wanted what most people want, to live his remaining years without burdening anyone, to enjoy his family, and to have some independence. Having limited options at the time, remaining at home was a costly endeavor.
With Searchlight Senior Services, we offer families a cost-effective alternative to at-home elder care. We are honored to serve your needs, and grateful for the opportunity to provide professional, quality, affordable home care.
